This policy covers the website canadanext.blog and “Canada Next Yorum”, an internal tool the CanadaNext team uses to read and reply to comments on the CanadaNext YouTube channel.
This website
canadanext.blog has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers, and we do not collect personal information through it. The page embeds a YouTube player and loads fonts from Google Fonts; those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under Google’s policies.
Canada Next Yorum
Canada Next Yorum is used only by the CanadaNext team, signed in with the Google account that owns the CanadaNext YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public. It uses YouTube API Services to:
- read comments posted on CanadaNext videos, along with each commenter’s public display name and channel ID;
- read the title, description and captions of CanadaNext videos;
- publish replies to those comments on behalf of the CanadaNext channel, after a team member has approved each reply.
How the data is used and stored
Comment data is used for one purpose: writing and posting replies on our own channel. Draft replies are prepared with the help of an AI model and are reviewed by a person before they are published. The data is stored on a private server controlled by CanadaNext, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties other than the service providers needed to run the tool. Stored copies of comments are refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
Your choices
If you have commented on a CanadaNext video, you can edit or delete your comment on YouTube at any time, and you can ask us to delete any copy we hold by emailing us. Access granted to the tool can be revoked from the Google security settings page.
YouTube and Google
By using YouTube API Services, the tool is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
